Explain thoroughly all of the questions I had regarding my past MRIS, mrvs, Etc. She explained everything to me in detail in a way that I could understand. She was very informative. She never appeared to rush through any of our conversation

Dr Vanowen is the best Neurologist my son Mario Martínez Jr (MS) ever seen! Dr Vanowen is very patient by explaining all questions my son has. His Nurses are angels, very sweet and helpful.

Mrs.Hanson was very thorough during our visit to make sure she got the most accurate history of what I’ve been experiencing symptom wise, as well as what medications I’ve tried, what meds worked and which ones had side effects, and which ones I was not comfortable with. She did not make me feel rushed at any point and made sure we were on the same page about our medication and visit plan for the next visit. She’s very personable and understanding

Dr. Hanson gave very good feedback on exercises. Discussion on depression, headaches, and pain and meds was helpful as well. Very attentive.

It was a little confusing as a first time visitor in the initial texting communication process. I did get a follow up phone call but not a follow-up text along with that phone call.
